GIVING GOOD PHONE, ONE CALL AT A TIME

HELLO, STRANGER!

The phone rings, you clear your throat — now what?

You never know who’s going to be on the other end, or how they expect to be pleased.  A good phone sex operator knows the right questions to ask, as well as how to ask them.  She’s playful, suggestive, and indirect. She’s so smooth, her clients don’t even realize she’s plying them for information. They feel flattered by her interest in their thoughts, feelings and preferences — even the ins & outs of their daily lives.

So how does that work? While many gifted Talkers go with the flow naturally, many others start out by making a general call outline with “starter questions” to help get the flow going, as well as key opportunities to bond with callers, identify their interests, and lead them through an experience they’ll remember & want to revisit again soon.

First, introduce yourself. Give your name, get his. Say it back to him and for godsake write it down as a reminder to interject his name into your conversation, for that personal connection.

What do you do for fun?
What are your plans for today/this evenings/the weekend?
Where are you? Home, work, school, car...?

Offer similar info about yourself, depending on his answers. If you have things in common, share with him. If you don’t, instead of faking it (which can backfire), show him some interest in learning more about him and what makes him tick.

Such chit-chat helps you both get to know each other. Be relaxed and easygoing. Your goal is to get your caller comfortable, and to figure out how to provide your caller with the experience he’s looking for. Some callers won’t know, themselves, so often a good phone sex operator has to be part detective, as well!

Once you’ve figured out what your caller is looking for, you can move from chit-chat to discussing a “scenario” — a fantasy, setting, or situation that excites or stimulates your caller. You can role-play or share stories, or provide step-by-step instructions or commentary regarding erotic thoughts & practices…

Details! Details! Details!

Using as many adjectives as possible, describe how you feel & what is going on with your body. You want to get your caller talking about his experience, as well. The more vividly you can bring a scenario to life, the more your callers will enjoy speaking with you. Keep it personal, too. The more intimately you express yourself (or your character) throughout a scenario, the deeper a caller will bond to you, and the more likely he’ll want to talk to you again.

As a call ends, be sure to convey how much you enjoyed your time with him, and how you’re looking forward to talking again soon by saying something like:

We don't have much time left, and I don't want this call to be over
I love the way you make me feel, you know how to treat a woman
I am already excited thinking about our next time, when will we speak again?
You're my favorite guy and I want to be your favorite girl
Don't make me wait too long before I hear from you again, you're my kind of man
The next time my phone rings, I want it to be you on the other end of the line
When the call is over, I will still be thinking about you
I'm pouting because this call is about to end, call me right back to put a smile on my face
The call is about to end, the next time I hear a dial tone I will think of no one but you
Call me right back, I can't get enough of you
You're such an amazing guy, I love spending time with you

Of course, use your own words and also, try to work these phrases naturally into your call — don’t just toss one out like an advertising slogan.

Remember, every caller is unique and every conversation will take on a life of its own. The trick is to ask the right questions to understand your caller’s goals, and create an unforgettable experience he’ll be eager to repeat!

End the call on a positive note:

The following are examples of what you may say at the close of the call. Use any or all from the list or create your own.

  • We don’t have much time left, and I don’t want this call to be over.
  • I love the way you make me feel, you know how to treat a woman.
  • I am already breathless with anticipation…when will we speak again?
  • You’re my favorite guy and I want to be your favorite girl.
  • I don’t want to have to wait too long before I hear from you… you’re my kind of man.
  • The next time my phone rings, I want it to be you on the other end of the line.
  • When the call is over I know that I will still be thinking of you.
  • I ‘m pouting because the call is about to end…call me right back and put a smile on my face.
  • The call is about the end, the next time I hear a dial tone, I will think of no one but you.
  • Call me right back, I can’t get enough of you.
  • You’re an amazing guy, I love spending time with you.

 

Closing The Call

To recap, then, here’s a handy outline to keep in front of you as you learn to work your charms & communication skills on callers:

Introduction

  • Introduce yourself to your caller and give the caller your name
  • Ask the caller his/her name
  • Remember, you never get a second chance to make a good first impression!

Move from your introduction to the body by asking a question.

Example:

  • What do you like to do for fun?
  • What are your plans for the day/afternoon/evening?
  • Are you at home or at work?

 Body

The body of your call consists of two parts, chit-chat and scenario.

  • Chit-chat is exactly that- conversation with the caller that lets you both get to know each other a little better.  During this conversation you can discover things about the caller that will allow you to give him/her the best possible experience with you.
  • A scenario is where you explore a fantasy/common interests with the caller.  It can be in the form of a role-play, shared stories, and/or intimacies.  You will find that the more detailed you are about what you are telling the caller, the more the caller will enjoy speaking with you.

Close

At the end of the call, it is important to make the caller feel that you enjoyed your time with him/her.  The close of the call is also the perfect time to remind the caller that you want to hear from him/her again.
