Grow a base of repeat customers

One of the most important aspects of being a phone sex operator is to grow a base of repeat customers who know they can call you for whatever they need.  There are some very important ways to accomplish this.

Find out what the caller wants.

Most talkers state that keeping a caller on the phone for the longest amount of time is the most important, so my earning will be higher.  I could not disagree with this more.   My goal is to make the customer happy.  If he wants to chat about his daily life, his job, things that are bothering him I am happy to oblige, but if he is looking for a quick and inexpensive jerk off call I will not try and prolong the call. If this is what is wants, fine.  My goal is to please the caller and have him call me back.  Guys don’t want to feel like you’re counting minutes and dollar signs.  Guys want to feel like they’re making a connection.   Callers don’t like to feel “fleeced” for more time than they’d like to spend.  If you can succeed in making that connection, you’ll have a loyal customer for life.

Make your caller feel like he is your #1 customer.

OK this is basic customer service, but if your caller hangs up feeling like he received preferential treatment he will be more likely to call you again, rather than searching out a different talker.  Making a caller feel important doesn’t take a lot of effort.  Some basic courtesies are all that are necessary.  When you are on a call focus on him, don’t get involved in other distractions like watching TV, answering emails, or doing your wash while on a call.  Callers are aware of these distractions and will not take you seriously.  Before finishing a call ask the caller what he liked and didn’t like about the call.  Getting feedback not only helps you, it shows the caller that you are interested in what was important to him.  Message the caller after the call to thank him for taking the time to call you and not someone else.

Take detailed notes on every caller.

The site allows you to do this.  When the caller calls you again refer to your notes and see if you’ve written any notes to help you provide customized service. This can enable a call to go longer or it can show that you KNOW who you are speaking to by ask going right to what he likes. Your notes will tip you off to your callers’ needs and make him feel special, like you remembered him. It’s always flattering for a guy, when a girl remembers specific details about him & his interests & the last time you spoke.

Stay fresh in their minds.

It’s important that you keep are present in their minds.  Men love to know that you miss them.  It helps them to feel special and important.  There are several ways you can accomplish this.  One of the easiest ways is to send a an email from time to time, reminding him of the last time you talked and how much you miss him.   Using your notes you took notes right?  you can create an email that discusses the highlights of your last call.  A simple email every so ofter does wonders, and reminds the caller that they want to speak with you again.  Be careful not to be too enthusiastic about this.  You don’t want your well crafted message to be considered spam.  Start out by emailing your clients a week after your last call.  If they don’t respond wait a little longer before the next email.  As you become familiar with your callers, you will get a feel for how often you can message them without becoming a pain in the ass.

Make your callers your #1 priority, not the money you can make on them.  If you keep this in mind you will soon find you have a growing number of callers to keep your business alive and well.
