Inclusive Statements

Definition/Purpose:  Questions/statements that are used to involve the caller in the conversation (using any of the 5 senses). These statements allow you to elicit a response from the caller that is more than one word; you do not want the caller to say just yes/no.

How It Is Used:  Inclusive statements should be first used while giving your description, and then throughout the remainder of your call.  Ask him a question, using one the 5 senses that will elicit a response from him.  The question is often pre-empted by a statement.  When describing use rich details. Do not forget to pause for the caller’s response, timing is everything.

Example:

TOUCH“ You like girls with big tits, don’t you?  (pause for caller’s response) Go ahead, touch them (pause) Tell me what they feel like. (pause for caller’s response)

TASTE I bet you’d like to taste them, wouldn’t you? (pause for caller’s response) Come closer… go ahead, suck on them (pause) Now tell me baby, what they taste like?”

For additional call preparation:  List 5 examples of an inclusive statement, including the (caller’s responses).  Utilize all 5 senses, SIGHT, HEARING, SCENT, TOUCH, AND TASTE, and give one example for each.
